  • Transaction & Payment Data: Payment methods and billing address. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.
  • Operational Details: Items requested for delivery, delivery notes, and profile pictures.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Location Information: We collect precise GPS data from the application for traceability and delivery purposes. This includes background location tracking if permitted by your device operating system.
  • Transaction Logs: Details of deliveries, including estimated time of arrival (ETAs) and source information requests.
  • Device & Log Data: Hardware model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP addresses, access dates and times, and app crash activity.
  • Usage Preferences: We track interactions via cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to maintain unique identifiers and improve the Services.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Logistics Ratings: User ratings provided by subcontracted delivery operators or logistics partners.
  • Linked Accounts: Data from payment providers (e.g., Google Wallet) or social media platforms used for single sign-on (SSO).

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Traceability: Location data is leveraged to provide real-time source information and delivery tracking for fresh products.
  • Communications: Facilitating automated ETAs and invoice sending between wholesalers and buyers.
  • Service Improvement: Analyzing usage trends and patterns to enhance the platform experience.
  • Fraud Prevention: Monitoring for abuse within the merchant administration environment through analysis of usage trends and internal operations.
  • Personalization: Tailoring the Services to your preferences, including AI-powered ordering suggestions and product recommendations.

  • Operators & Couriers: Sharing names, pickup/drop-off locations, and user ratings to facilitate physical delivery.
  • Third-Party Integrations: With external websites or applications where you have authorized a connection (e.g., QuickBooks, Shopify, SAP).
  • Legal & Regulatory: Compliance with competent authorities in response to law enforcement requests or judicial proceedings.
  • Business Transitions: Your data may be transferred as an asset during mergers, restructurings, acquisitions, or financing negotiations.
  • Service Providers: With third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data analysis, and customer support.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your information is processed and stored in the United States and Canada. We use mandatory SSL encryption for all data transmissions. Credit card and payment information is always encrypted. Please note that Materials (images, content uploaded to your storefront) may be transferred over various networks and may not always be encrypted.

We maintain industry-standard security measures, including 100% PCI compliance and two-way encryption for all payment data processed through Freshline Payments.

5. Your Rights & Controls

  • Access & Correction: You can view and modify your account information directly via the in-app merchant admin panel.
  • Account Deletion: Requests for account cancellation must be sent to support@freshline.io. Freshline may retain certain data for legitimate business purposes, such as resolving outstanding debts or fraud investigations.
  • Location Opt-Out: You can disable precise location tracking through your device's operating system settings. Note that this may limit traceability and delivery features. Disabling location services on your device does not stop the collection of trip location data from the operator's (courier's) device.
  • Cookie Preferences: You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to collect usage data, maintain unique identifiers, and improve the Services. You may configure your browser to reject cookies, although this may affect certain features of the platform.
