How the connectors work

Our most popular connections, in detail:

Oracle NetSuite

SuiteTalk REST

Freshline talks to NetSuite through the SuiteTalk REST API, including RESTlets when a distributor needs logic that standard records don’t cover. Authentication is OAuth 2.0. Payloads are JSON.

Into Freshline

  • Customer records, including custom fields
  • SKU-level inventory, quantity, and price
  • Sales orders

Back to NetSuite

  • Order status
  • Invoices
  • Fulfillment
Real-time or scheduled batch, with sync state tracked per resource
Validation on the way in, plus retries with exponential backoff
TLS in transit, role-based NetSuite access, and a log of each sync

Sage 100

Business Object Interface

Sage 100 stays on your servers. Freshline’s connector uses Sage’s Business Object Interface to read and write the same business objects your staff use — not a side file and not a nightly spreadsheet.

Modules the connector reaches

  • Sales Order — create and update orders
  • Accounts Receivable — invoices and customer balances
  • Accounts Payable
  • Inventory Management — quantities and item records
Orders, invoices, payments, and inventory stay in step
Field mapping for customers, products, and transactions, including your own fields
Custom scripts where the distributor’s process doesn’t match a stock object
Freshline configures the connection, tests it against your company data, then turns it on

Microsoft ERPs

Dynamics 365 and the earlier Dynamics line

One Freshline connection covers the Microsoft ERP family. Orders, invoices, customers, and inventory sync whether the company is on Business Central today or still running NAV, GP, or AX.

Freshline is made to sync to data points like:

Customers and ship-to addresses
Items, units, and price lists
On-hand inventory
Sales orders
Invoices and credits
Payments and applications
Fulfillment and delivery status
Custom fields

QuickBooks Online

Accounting

Invoices, payments, and customer records post to QuickBooks Online as orders are billed, so the books stay current without a second entry pass.

Invoice sync
Payment reconciliation
Customer mapping
Chart of accounts

SAP

ERP

Enterprise sync for distributors running SAP for inventory and finance, including SAP Business One.

Order sync
Inventory levels
Financial posting
Master data

CAI Software

Food ERP

Built for the ERPs food distributors already run, including CAI Food Connex. Orders, inventory, and financials move with the operation instead of beside it.

Google BigQuery

Data warehouse

Land orders, customers, and inventory in BigQuery so finance and ops can report on the same records the ERP and Freshline already share.

Order history
Customer activity
Inventory snapshots
Warehouse-ready tables

Unleashed

Inventory

Stock, sales orders, purchase orders, and warehouse quantities stay aligned with Unleashed, so purchasing and fulfillment read the same numbers.

Sales orders
Purchase orders
Multi-warehouse

Zoho Inventory

Inventory

Items, warehouses, sales orders, and stock levels sync with Zoho Inventory alongside the books and channels already connected to it.

How it goes live

Cloud ERPs authenticate. On-prem ERPs get a connector.

NetSuite, QuickBooks, and Dynamics use their APIs. Sage 100 uses the Business Object Interface on your Sage server. Either way, Freshline maps the fields and watches the sync.

01

Connect

OAuth or an API token for cloud ERPs. For Sage 100, the connector is installed against the Business Object Interface and pointed at your company.

02

Map

Customers, items, units, and accounts are matched, including custom fields. The first sync runs in a test company before anything posts to production.

03

Run

Orders, invoices, payments, and inventory keep moving. Failures retry, and every sync is logged so a missed record can be found.

Developer API

When the ERP isn’t on the list

The module library covers the ERPs above. Anything else — a warehouse system, a custom ledger, an internal app — can use the Freshline API and webhooks.

REST API
Orders, customers, products, invoices, and inventory.
Webhooks
Events for an order placed, a payment received, and fulfillment updates.
A place to test
Prove the mapping before it posts into the live company.

Credentials stay scoped

Cloud connections use OAuth or a scoped token. Sage stays behind the Business Object Interface on your server. Sync activity is logged so you can see what moved and when.
